We also have a wide selection of air plants and succulents, popular for their super easy care and longevity. From the simple potted arrangement, to the elaborate living wall, houseplants can add beauty and serenity to an otherwise stale environment.

Types of House Plants We Offer
Foliage Plants
Many house plants fall into this category and are grown primarily for their luscious leaves rather than flowers. Each kind, from ferns to rubber trees, takes specific care.

Cactus and Succulents
These types of house plants are favorites to many for their strange appearance as well as their low-maintenance care. They come in a wide variety of types and sizes, and can be planted on their own or together. These plants typically require less watering than others.
Airplants
Tillandsia use their roots to attach to trees and absorb any water and nutrients they need through their leaves. No soil involved. They produce vibrant flowers.
To water, either mist daily or soak for 10 min weekly.
Bonsai
James was a former biker, but wanted to do more with his life. In 2012, he moved from Florida to Utah. He met Joe at a cafe and soon joined Wooden Beavers. James also works with kids and teaches everything he knows about wood and nature.

We strive to be a community garden center beyond merely your plant store. Our plant-loving staff is available to help you on your own plant journey whether you are just starting out, persevering past a few lost plants, or well-versed in your own home jungle!
We can help you shop for and select plants that will be well-suited to your purpose and comfort.
We are also available to pot any plants you'd like! This service is free with the purchase of any pot or plant. Potting and repotting is available without purchase for $10.

Acquiring House Plants
Our staff personally shops for the selection of house plants we carry here at Hilltop Gardens. This means they have the (very fun) task of picking the most beautiful, healthy, relevant plants from the selection of the growers in our area. We will always provide you with the best variety we can, but we cannot guarentee the presence of any specific plant at any given time. Feel free to call ahead to inquire if you're looking for something in particular, or swing by to browse our current stock!
